Happy New Year Hunter Fans. I hope it is a good and
healthy one for all of you.
Please see below snow forecast map and note we are in the
10"+ area for tonight thru Friday morning and it will be very dry and drifting
snow due to the cold temps and below zero wind chills.
The National
Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for Greene County from 7 p.m.
today through Friday morning. Heavy, fast snowfall is expected, with
accumulations of six to 12 inches. Light snow is expected to start tonight, then
become steadier through the day tomorrow and taper off tomorrow night into
Friday morning. The snow will be accompanied by low temperatures, ranging from
-4 to 21 degrees over the next two days.
Be safe on the roads and on the
slopes!
Jon
