WOW! One of the top 5 best weather days of the season. Even tho it started out in single digits a brilliant cloudless sunny sky brought temps up quickly into the 30's and now 40 with no wind at all. Sun lotion was a must today! Grooming was once again excellent and the snow surface softened enough to make for some very sweet skiing on "ego" snow. Every trail was very nice except Claire's which once again had a shine to it but I think that this pm it too should be quite nice. The local radio forecast calls for some sleet and freezing rain tomorrow before temps climb into the 40's again so it could be quite messy and Friday is not looking much better. Crowds were very light today even with the Wed ski bum bus from NJ. The quad was running at 90% and no "D" or "F" running or needed. My trails of choice today : Cliff / Racer's again.

GM is fine after thyroid surgery and was standing near the quad today greeting people and chomping at the bit to ski but he must wait a week or two.
