Just a quick short note to let you know the summit weather

The snow should start around 2 –3 pm today and last through
Sunday with an estimated accumulation of 16–24 “. Sleet and ice may also
accumulate to about 1/4 inch.
Expect the governor to declare a state of emergency for road
travel. Monday morning temps will be about –5 with wind chills dangerously low
to around –25.
