It is with deep sadness to advise you that
Chef Milan passed away in his sleep last night after a long and tough battle
with prostate cancer that had spread to other organs. He was in his mid 50’s and
taken way too soon.
He was a fun loving guy and very talented chef
who ran “The Perfect Lift Restaurant” in the Hunter Highlands for many
years.
I am sure he will be deservedly toasted to and
eulogized at the annual Ullerfest this coming Saturday night at the Pro Ski
& Ride Shop.
